Heather Wilson Schiltz is a motorsports communications and marketing consultant. Through her company, High Gear Success, she works with motorsports companies, event organizers and racers to help them get noticed, improve operations and increase revenue. (Yes, she also happens to be Doug’s wife.)

Heather helps competitors attract sponsors through a racer resume or sponsorship deck. She also writes race reports which are published online and emailed to sponsors after each race, keeping fans and sponsors up-to-date on their favorite racer’s progress throughout the season.
