Q: What is the standard service turnaround time?

Most shocks will be serviced in 1-2 weeks, but it's best to check with us before sending if you're in need of them immediately.

Q: How often should I service my shocks?

It depends on the amount of use your shocks are getting. For the average ATV or snowmobile racer, it's recommended to have your shocks serviced at least once, if not twice a year.

Q: How should I package my shocks for shipping?

Be sure each shock is clean (no mud) or you will be charged a cleaning fee. Wrap each shock individually using lots of newspaper or bubble wrap. Ensure that the shocks cannot move or shake within the box. If they do, add more packing, like newspaper or bubble wrap. Tape the box securely. We recommend shipping with UPS. Do NOT ship them signature required.
